Many
men these days have become interested in having more intense orgasms
from self prostate stimulation.
The prostate gland
is an organ in the male reproductive system that produces seminal
fluids. This helps in the transportation of sperm cells through the
male reproductive system and out of the penile during an orgasm. The
prostate gland is a very vital part of the male reproductive system
and it is positioned directly behind the bladder and is about the size
of a walnut.
Self-prostate
stimulation has usually been surrounded by poor information and a lot
of confusion. In recent years, more and more men are coming to the
realization that there is a need to learn more about their own
prostate gland. This can greatly help in lessening the chances of
having later in life, prostate disorders like prostatitis, which is
the enlargement of the prostate gland, or prostate cancer.
What is Self-prostate stimulation?
This is a
term describing the stimulation of one’s prostate gland or male G-spot
by oneself. It is sometimes referred to as self-prostate massage.
Self-prostate massage, if done properly, can help one man in achieving
multiple mind-altering and explosive orgasms and as a bonus, potential
health benefits.
This process is
being done through an internal approach through one’s anus and into
the rectum. Even though the prostate gland cannot be directly touched,
it will only be separated from your finger by a small amount of
tissue.
For many men,
self-prostate stimulation may cause a prostate orgasm. A prostate
orgasm is very different from the usual male sexual orgasm. Prostate
orgasms are usually longer-lasting and are much more intense than the
usual male sexual orgasm. Also, self-prostate stimulation is mostly
done without the involvement or the stimulation of the penis. However,
some men like the extra erotic turn on by masturbating or use a
prostate toy like the picture above.
Prostate orgasms
can also be a dry orgasm, with no ejaculation. These orgasms do not
drain your energy. They can be compared to a female g spot orgasm in
some ways. One can have dry prostate orgasm after orgasm and last for
hours. More on how to have

Preparation for self-prostate
stimulation:
Colon cleanliness
is often an issue. You can use a water enema. In my experience, this
is not worth the bother, as water can come out during the massage.
The use of latex gloves is a good idea. Usually, anything yucky is
stored higher up in the rectum.
Steps in self-prostate
stimulation:
- Lie on your back
and try to relax.
- Apply generous
amount of lubricants over your fingertips.
- Massage and
relax the muscles around your anus and inner thighs.
Take note of your
breathing, as you must keep it slow and intense.
- Massage the anus
opening to relax this area before insertion. Insert your index
finger into your rectum when you feel you are ready.
To find the
prostate gland, try to feel for a walnut-like bump located near the
base of your penis.
- Gently massage
the prostate gland in circular motion until prostate orgasm is
reached or until you ejaculate.
Self-prostate
stimulation has a few risks. Men suffering from certain prostate
infections or prostate disorders should definitely avoid this
activity. One must also be extra careful with the amount of pressure
being applied to the prostate gland during the stimulation process –
vigorous stimulation of the prostate gland must generally be avoided.
