Before attempting a prostate massage for couples, visit the bathroom and wash your anus thoroughly.

The partner can use a  latex glove to massage the male g spot and apply some water-based lubricant to your fingers and anus.

It is very important to apply  lubrication in the anus and to also relax the anal muscles before insertion of a finger or sex toy. This relaxation can take some time to be gentle and never force anything into the anus.
